Prenatal Massage
A Prenatal Massage is a massage for expectant mothers who are out of their first trimester. You will lie on a face-down pregnancy pillow on your stomach or back with pillows provided to ensure you are comfortable throughout your massage.
Hot Stone Massage
During your massage, the basalt stones are placed on various parts of your body to help warm the tissues. The warm stones are also used to massage parts of the body for a deeper, warming effect. Your therapist warms the stones using a professional stone heater.
Swedish Massage
A traditional Swedish massage can cover the entire body and is meant to relax you. The therapist will incorporate various movements and techniques into the massage. These techniques help to improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Just had an awesome hot stone massage. New to the area and was hesitant since I was spoiled back in NY with my long time massage therapist. But LaToya didn’t disappoint.
